Don Ternes

Don Ternes is the President of Management Recruiters of West Bloomfield, a recruitment solutions leader within the Operations Management sector of the manufacturing industry. He specializes in Lean Manufacturing (TPS), Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement systems.

Don's recruiting business is reinforced by his extensive corporate experience in manufacturing organizations over the last 40 years. This experience spans the auto industry, machine tool industry, and consumer products. His last position held in corporate America was the Vice President/General Manager of Operations for a major Tier 1 supplier to the RV/Marine industries.

Don earned a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from General Motors Institute as well as an MBA from the University of Detroit.
